The event will be held at St John’s Uniting Church in Kite Street at 2.30pm. Admission costs $15, with all money raised going to the Royal Flying Doctor Service.
“We feel that the Royal Flying Doctor Service is a very worthy cause because you never know, we all might need their help some day,” Combined Churches Choir secretary Jan Westcott said.
Mrs Westcott promised a good variety of music, with something for all ages.
Guest artists include Leon Paix, David Woodside, Lujia Zhang and Yoshi Kombo, with choir director Jean Whiley joined by accompanists Debbie Nicholls and Pauline Arnold.
“It doesn’t matter how old you are, there will be a good variety of music and the choir singers will provide music everyone will enjoy,” Mrs Westcott said.
“After the music there will be a delicious morning tea. So for just $15, we thing it’s good value and the money raised goes to a great cause.”
