Ms Wilson was the winner of the first season of Channel 7’s The One reality show in 2008, which searched for Australia’s most gifted psychic.
It is not the first time the medium has visited Orange and she is looking forward to coming back.
“I get a lot of people that come back [to the show] every year,” she said.
“This year people from Orange will see a different message from me.”
Ms Wilson gives her audience a chance to connect with those who have “passed over”.
It is when she is on stage that spirits come to her to communicate with a relative in the audience.
“I’ll give details of how they passed, reveal details of what their relative was like,” Ms Wilson said.
“People here on earth get stuck in our grief and [think] we’ll never see them again or never hear from them again.
“It opens up doorways and lets people heal.”
Ms Wilson says she has seen how much healing her gift as a medium has provided to people, however, not all people who come to her show do so because they are grieving over a lost relative.
“Other people come just because they’re curious or enjoy seeing people have a reading and see the gift,” she said.
“Come with an open heart, it’s not sad it’s actually a very funny show.
“They [the spirits] like to poke a little bit of fun at themselves.”
Charmaine Wilson will appear at the Orange Ex-Services’ Club on Monday, November 26, at 7.30pm.
Tickets cost $40 and are available by calling 6362 2666.
