THE best of FOOD Week is yet to come with the annual FOOD Affair this Sunday.
This years affair features The Producers' Pantry, a new event hosted by 2011 Australian MasterChef winner Kate Bracks.
Mrs Bracks will share a number of tips and tricks that she learnt during her time on the television program.
Mrs Bracks will be up against local school children in a cooking challenge judged by chef Gordon Muir.
Taste Orange executive officer Rhonda Sear expects the FOOD Affair to be just as big as the night markets last Friday.
“The turnout for the markets was just phenomenal and if that is anything to go by I think FOOD Affair will be just as great,” she said.
“Everything at the night markets went very smoothly and all of the events this week have been booked out and I think the positive feedback we have received is a preview for FOOD Affair.”
FOOD Affair will feature over 50 of the producers, caterers, chefs, cooks and winemakers of this year's FOOD Week. Producers will offer a vast array of samples throughout the day.
Bring the family, a picnic rug and a couple of camping chairs to the north court of the library and enjoy the live music and good food.
