Fresh Food Fast has started hanging cooked duck, barbecue pork, crispy skin pork and spicy sausage to be accompanied by Peking sauce, Hoisin, soy and plum sauce as well as the regular buffet.
Fresh Food Fast manager Ann Barrett said the owner of the business Annie Liang came up with the idea and it has proven to be a success.
"We were just looking for something that would be different and during COVID everyone is trying to diversify and bring money to the bottom line," Mrs Barrett said.
"The owners being Chinese thought that was the way to go and it was the right way to go. Everyday we are running out."
Mrs Barrett said the business is one of the only, if not the only business to sell Chinese duck in the Central West and people travel from miles around to buy it.
She said all food and preparation was covered under the Health Act.

A deluge of online sales from Lithgow residents has attracted Orange-based business owner Nathan Swan to open another of his supplement businesses in Lithgow's Main Street.
Mr Swan owns Iron Ambitions in Orange and originally had no plans of opening a business in Lithgow, until he had to start selling products online due to COVID-19 and saw that most of his sales were happening in Lithgow.
"So I actually anticipated and planned for half the amount of sales that have already been done," he said.
