Taking place on February 7, the four-person ambrose will mark what Duntryleague general manager Jason Kitchingman called a "significant achievement".
"It'll be a bit of fun, enjoy the golf course and each other's company and support the charity along the way," he said.
"Congratulations to all those who've been around from its inception right up to February."
Wangarang CEO Kevin McGuire thanked the golf club for the relationship over the past decade and said the charity day has "been going from strength to strength" and thanked Duntryleague for their support.
"They've provided fantastic playing facilities and carts and allowing us to take over the clubhouse at the end of the event," he said.
"We've had a very strong relationship with the club even before the [charity] day."
He said the target for 2020's event had initially been $25,000, but Wangarang had decided to push it up $5000 after the backing of several sponsors.
Mr McGuire said each year they set both a target and a goal to put the money towards, which this year would be to pay for a smaller wheelchair-accessible vehicle.
"Some of the support we're providing is one-on-one support, to get someone around in our 15-wheeler with the ramp at the back, if we have someone who wants to go to Woolies or to the movies or 10-pin bowling, it's a little bit difficult to manoeuvre the vehicle around," he said.
"We specifically each year set a target in dollars and what that money's going to do to so people know come in and part with their hard-earned and our sponsors know exactly where it's going."
He said spots in the event were filling up, had had been filled earlier and earlier each year.
"That's a testament to not only the cause and because people know the money goes to the benefit our supporters and employees and now our NDIS participants but also playing at Duntryleague, what value do you put on that?"
