Charles Sturt University recognised the achievements of 119 students at a graduation ceremony on Thursday afternoon.

Students, and more than 460 guests gathered at Kinross Wolaroi School to celebrate the students' achievements.
Among the celebrated students was Faculty of Science student Peta O'Brien, who was awarded the University Medal for achieving outstanding results in her program.
The University Medal is the highest honour the Charles Sturt University Council can confer on graduating students.
Ms O'Brien, who hails from Parkes, studied for a Bachelor of Clinical Science while in Orange.
"To me, receiving a University Medal is formal recognition of all the hard work I have put into my studies over the last three years," she said.
"My lecturers have been very helpful and supportive through all three years of my degree.

"They also put in a lot of extra work organising extracurricular activities to help those clinical science students who are preparing for entrance into the University's medical and dentistry programs."
Charles Sturt Vice-Chancellor Professor Andrew Vann said the ceremony would mark a milestone for the students, as well as their families and friends who supported them in numerous ways on their path to graduation.
"It is fantastic to see such a great number of students being recognised for their hard work and the academic success they've achieved under the guidance of the university's dedicated educators," Professor Vann said.
"They are leaving the University with great career prospects, secure in the knowledge that Charles Sturt University has been ranked the top Australian tertiary institution for undergraduate full-time employment for the fourth consecutive year."
Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Students) Jenny Roberts was the Master of Ceremony and said by completing their courses the students showed themselves to be industrious, intelligent and inspiring, which were attributes that would help them forge successful careers in their post-university lives.
"Charles Sturt University warmly congratulates the graduating students, and wishes them all the best as they prepare to use their knowledge and skills to make positive impacts in their future endeavours," Ms Roberts said.
External Engagement for Orange director Julia Andrews said the graduating students benefited from studying at a regional campus.
"I am sure they will look back on their time studying at Charles Sturt University with fondness and pride, and make best use of the knowledge and skills they acquired here to have meaningful impacts in their communities.
"The university is proud of their achievements and we wish them every success in their future endeavours."
