A team of physiotherapists and exercise physiologists left Orange on Wednesday on a mission to transform the lives of 125,000 rural Australians by 2025.

Justin Johnson and Angela Hubbard came up with the idea of the PHYZ X 2U mobile clinic, which is visiting regional communities across the wider western region.
“Living and practicing in regional NSW for more than 12 years has given us an insight to the requirements of the everyday Australian,” Mr Johnson said.
“An individually tailored exercise program is created and delivered to the patient via mobile phone, tablet or PC as an app, and the exercise plan is then supervised remotely by our team through weekly communications with our health coaching team.
“We keep the patient accountable, to make sure they’re exercising effectively and safely.”
The physiotherapists and exercise physiologists will work alongside health practitioners to individually assess patients, determine their goals and requirements to positively transform their life, and the well-being of their communities.
