Police have confirmed a teenage girl has died following a fatal crash on Beechwood Road, Yippon Creek on Friday afternoon.

Police said the accident happened just after 4pm on March 9.
Emergency services were called to Beechwood Road at Yippon Creek, following reports of the crash.
A Holden Barina travelling north and a Hino truck travelling south collided head on, police confirmed.
The Holden driver, a 17-year-old girl, was treated by paramedics and taken to Port Macquarie Base Hospital, where she died.
The truck driver, a 34-year-old man, was injured and taken to Port Macquarie Base Hospital for mandatory blood and urine testing.
Bains Bridge was closed in both direction following the crash.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
