Last Sunday Orange Runners Club had its monthly trail run at Kinross Forest, where 15 runners undertook a challenging 8.75km route.

Tim Murphy (50:20) and Mitch Essex (51:10) were the first two men home, while the first two ladies were Alicia Ross (61:15) and Alison Spurway (71:00).
Later in the morning the club had its regular weekend run at Lake Canobolas, where 59 runners had the choice of one to four laps of the 2.5km course.
1 Lap (2.5K) – Female: Kerrie Lindsay (14:22), Julie Chapman (15:47) and Renai McArdle (16:03). Male: Tim Murphy (10:21), David Gibson (12:04) and Alex Irwin (14:32).
2 Laps (5K) – Female: Lily Craig (24:33), Belinda MacCauley (28:24) and Mia Postlethwaite (30:09). Male: Noah Lamrock (22:31), Alistair Merrifield (22:53) and Hugh Daintith (23:19).
3 Laps (7.5K) – Mixed: Iain McLean (32:24), Anthony Daintith (36:59), Richard Eggleston (44:00) and Anna Daintith (57:35).
4 Laps (10K) – Female: Kelly Gleeson (55:33), Kim Jarvis (63:28). Male: Sam Collins (43:09), Joel Kitto (48:50), Daryl Roweth (50:05).
Kim Jarvis was declared the winner. Tim Murphy clocked the fastest lap of the day, circulating the 2.5k course in 10:21 on his only lap.
On Wednesday the fastest ladies were Leanne Corcoran (11:38) Ella Lamrock (11:50) and Hanna Gross (14:11). The fastest men were Rikky Bangert (10:38), Anthony Daintith (11:15) and Noah Lamrock (11:40).
Fastest lap of the Elephant Park circuit was clocked by Rikky Bangert at 3:19 for his first lap.
PBs were achieved by Ella Lamrock (4s), Anna Daintith (52s), Kelly Jurd (25s) and Mitchell Leathem (8s).
Well done to all who took part, Anthony Daintith was declared the winner.
This Sunday sees the club back at Kinross Forest at 9am, where there will be a choice of 2k, 4.8k or 9.1k events.
Directions can be found on the club’s new website. This coming Wednesday sees the regular three-lap handicap event at 5pm.
