A MAN is in a critical condition and a second man has suffered minor injuries following a single-vehicle crash north of Blayney on Thursday night.

Emergency services were called to Millthorpe Road, Blayney, just before 7pm following reports that a Ford Falcon had veered off the roadway into a table drain.
A number of passers-by stopped to assist until emergency services arrived.
A 33-year-old man, who was a passenger in the car, was treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being taken to hospital in a critical condition, where he was then airlifted to Westmead Hospital.
The driver, a 45-year-old man, was also treated at the scene for minor injuries before being taken to Orange hospital, where he also underwent mandatory testing.
Officers attached to Chifley Police District, with assistance from Metropolitan Crash Investigation Unit, established a crime scene and commenced inquiries into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
