Brett Matson, 44, was sentenced in his absence in Orange Local Court on Monday following an incident on November 2.
Matson checked into West End Motor Lodge with his girlfriend and seven-year-old daughter, but managed to lock himself out.
According to police, he had consumed a large amount of alcohol and became abusive towards staff and other guests.
Police said his partner retreated to the office where staff locked the door and called police.
Police told Matson he had to leave and he replied, “Are you f***ing kidding me, I f***ing paid for this room”.
Police said Matson climbed up onto the window sill, threatened to kick officers and made kicking motions towards one of them.
Matson was arrested, but police said he had to be forced inside the wagon after he refused to climb in.
