The unfolding crisis now apparent in Cape Town, South Africa is an ominous warning for Sydney, let alone, as I suggested, Orange.
I wrote and asked in my earlier message to these respected columns that our recently elected mayor and councillors to take more than a passing interest in what is happening in Cape Town as a warning to us here in Orange, and to advise all of us as to what plans and thoughts they have in mind for the future generations to preserve and safeguard this valuable commodity.
