What’s your name? Caddie Marshall

Who do you live with? Anthony D’Onise and Sofia and Lola.

How long have you lived in Orange? I have lived in Canowindra for eight years.

What are your hobbies? I enjoy having fun with friends and family and getting my hands dirty in the garden.

What did you want to be when you were little? I wanted to be an actress or an architect - I ended up a marketer. At this stage of my career I can see the synergies of these two in my current role.

Where do you work now and how long have you been there? [Recently started] at TDO Ltd, trading as Orange Region Tourism.

What is your job title? General manager.

What other jobs have you had? Director of Adloyalty and Director of Marketing at Discovery Holiday Parks.

What training have you done? Bachelor of Commerce – Major marketing.

Why did you choose this job? A passion for our region, its people and its produce.

What is the best thing about your job? Meeting and assisting our people in profiling the region.

What is the worst thing about your job? What’s not to love?

Where do you see yourself in five years? Enjoying our vibrant region.

What advice would you give someone interested in this job as a career? 

I would advise people to join in. They should volunteer at events and talk to as many people as possible. There is something to learn from everyone and every experience.
