Thomas Ian Atkinson, 22, of Barrett Street, was given a good behaviour bond on August 21, and the reporting conditions were imposed, after he was caught driving while disqualified at the intersection of Lords Place and Byng Street.
Magistrate David Day showed Atkinson the bond with Atkinson’s signature on it at Orange Local Court on Monday.
“Had it been me who sentenced Mr Atkinson I would not have imposed supervision,” he said.
Mr Day revoked the original bond and issued a new 12-month good behaviour bond without supervision starting Monday.
