Orange City Council will hold more face-to-face meetings as part of its ‘Where to Next’ campaign on Thursday and Friday after deputy mayor Joanne McRae and mayor Reg Kidd hosted 70 students as part of consultation on Wednesday.
Thursday’s face-to-face community meetings will be held at 12 noon and 5.30 pm in the council chambers, and a before-work meeting has also be scheduled for 8am on Friday at the same location.
Residents can also have their say when the council hosts a pop-up stall at the Orange Farmers’ Markets on Saturday morning at Northcourt.
So far there’s been more than 1500 contributions online to the Where to Next? campaign, with people sharing their ideas , voting on the ideas of others or adding pins to an online map.
