Leroy Dean Kilby, 26, of Sunny South Crescent, was convicted and disqualified from driving for six months after he was caught driving with methamphetamine in his system in Adina Crescent on August 19.
At 3.30am on September 20 he was found in possession of a 15-centimetre serrated knife and a 20-centimetre black-handled folding knife in Adina Crescent.
He was fined $220 despite claiming he’d found them in a park and picked them up so children wouldn’t be injured.
Kilby was also given a 12-month driving disqualification and a 12-month good behaviour bond after he was caught driving while disqualified in Raines Place at 11.45pm on September 24.
Police were standing outside a house for another matter and Kilby came to their attention when he turned into the street and stalled nearby.
