Man given two month jail sentence for driving while disqualified
A man who was caught driving with a disqualified driver’s licence was sentenced to two months in jail on Monday.

Kurt Douglas Edwards, 28, of Icely Road, was given a back-dated sentence from November 16 to January 15.
Upon release he will also be disqualified from driving for 12 months. Edwards ran from police and jumped several fences after he was seen driving with three passengers in the car at 10.45pm on November 15.
Police found him hiding behind a brick wall in Wolsley Street at 11.30pm and arrested him.
