On Monday, Cody James Gardiner, 20, of Bowen Place, was disqualified for six months and placed on a 12-month good behaviour bond after he recorded a mid-range drink-driving reading of 0.093 on September 30.
The sentence was back-dated to when police suspended his licence.
Police had been conducting an RBT on the Princess Highway at Fairy Meadow 12.45am and Gardiner was arrested after he turned into Lysaght Street, Fairy Meadow, but was stopped at a secondary RBT and failed the breath test.
He said he’d had 10 beers.
