Carol Anne Whiteley, 56, of Torpy Street, was caught driving without a licence at 10.15pm on September 19.
Whiteley, who also goes by the surname Holland, was convicted but given no other sentence for the offence, which took place on Peisley Street at 10.51pm.
For the second offence, Whiteley was given a six-month good behaviour bond and can’t apply for a licence for three months.
She was stopped by police when she was driving along Moulder Street at 11.35am on September 23.
Whiteley hasn’t had a driver’s licence since May in 1997 and because she hasn’t held a licence for 10-years she is legally considered never to have had a licence.
