Damage avoided after storms and rain in the Central West overnight

At 10pm Friday, the SES responded to a call from a property in Borenore, 15km west of Orange.
The property required assistance sandbagging and managing leaks.
Orange had 4.2mm of rain in just three hours on Friday night, with the downpour starting just after 9.30pm.
Nearly 10mm of steady rainfall fell from 6am to noon on Saturday.
Rain is expected for the rest of Saturday afternoon, stopping at about 6pm.
