Orange Aquatic Centre has returned to normal opening hours from Monday – a week after a young girl drowned in the kids’ pool.

Police are investigating the incident in which Mia Rose Harrison, 4, drowned on Saturday, November 4.

The pool re-opened for reduced hours last week.

SafeWork NSW had said that it would look into the incident.

A spokesperson said on Monday: “As the matter is currently under investigation by NSW Police, SafeWork NSW has no further comment at this time.”
