The students converged on Qudos Bank Arena at Sydney’s Olympic Park with thousands of other performers for the first combined dance rehearsal.
They practised for the finale as well as going through the paces of the dances they will perform in the show’s four performances on Friday and Saturday, November 24 and 25.
Dancers who rehearsed in costume offered a hint that it will again be a kaleidoscope of colour.
There will be more than 5700 student performers at the event, which set a Guinness World Record last year.
