The city’s most respected property guide is available from leading real estate agents and as a liftout in the Saturday edition of the Central Western Daily and the Midstate Observer every Thursday.
All of the properties featured in the liftout are available to view at domain.com.au, as well as featuring in the the Central Western Daily's weekly 'Open for Inspection' and 'House of the Week' online features.
The larger guide is packed with properties for sale and rent throughout Orange, advice for buyers, sellers and renovators plus the house of the week profile.
Central Western Daily sales manager Skye Freshwater said it was just the start of planned improvements to the guide.
“As we are the number one trusted real estate guide in the market I believe that the changes we are putting forward will help us be sustainable for many years to come.”
Townsend Real Estate principal Stephen Townsend said Orange was enjoying a real estate boom and he was pleased to be listing properties in Domain.
“When you’re on a good thing, stick to it,” he said.
“We first listed in Domain four years ago.
“We made a commitment to both print and online that would give us the best results in the property market.
“We’ve tracked those results by talking to both purchasers and vendors.”
He said the market was a strong now as it had been when he entered local real estate nearly 20 years ago.
“We had a house the other day, we put it at $10,000 over the odds just to test the market and we sold it in 24 hours.”
Mr Townsend said there was strong demand from local and Sydney buyers for city properties and strong demand from locals for rural properties.
