Team 4 Tracey are well placed on top of the ladder after a solid victory over Team 3 Dwyer with wins for Chris Dwyer, Peter Brearley, Graham Kidson, Kym Knight and Pat Clarkstone while Yvonne Tracey looked more nervous than a long-tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs but quickly settled to win in five games.
Team 1 Hausler had a good win over Team 6 Wooding with wins for Robyn Chapman, George Eleftheriou, Darren Wooding, Ian Middleton and Craig Hausler while Chris Elkington played some stunning shots to beat his training partner Nathan Garton in straight games.
Team 2 Michell beat Team 5 Burke with wins for Sonya Fitzgerald, Jodie Wheatley, Robert Ryan, Anthony Rosewarne and the receding Grant Michell while Tom Secheny looked as clueless as Alicia Silverstone going down to local wine maker Scott Burke in four games.
