Experienced triathlon coach Mel Ashton-Garard will run the skills gala, with the afternoon aimed at kids from the age of four to 23.

The club is running the training session as a lead up to the OCTC’s second annual junior weekend coming up on November 4 and 5.

Coaches from Triathlon NSW will join Ashton-Garard for a weekend of skills and racing, including the NSW mixed teams relay championships.

Based on last year's numbers the club is expecting upwards of 80 young triathletes from around NSW and ACT.
