The Australian Journal of Pharmacy named Elise Apolloni, co-owner of Capital Chemist Wanniassa in the ACT, as number one in its 10 Rising Stars of Pharmacy.
After graduating from CSU, Ms Apolloni and her Canberra pharmacy have received a number of accolades including the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia's Early Career Pharmacist of the Year.
The list is compiled from readers' votes on early career pharmacists.
Two other CSU graduates, Krysti-Lee Rigby, Pharmacist in Charge at Life Pharmacy in Forbes, and Morgan Kennedy, a pharmacist at Capital Chemist Wanniassa in the ACT also appear in the list.
The university’s head of pharmacy program Associate Professor Maree Simpson was delighted that three of the university’s Bachelor of Pharmacy graduates appeared in the impressive list of early career pharmacists.
"The inclusion of our graduates in this ranking is a testament to their commitment to their patients, their communities, their careers and their work to develop our profession," Associate Professor Simpson said.
