Dwayne John Ah-See, 28, of Dalton Street, did not appear in Orange Local Court on Monday to face a charge of driving with methamphetamine in his system.

Despite him not appearing in court, he was convicted, fined $1500 and disqualified from driving for 12 months.
According to police facts, about 10.15am on March 28, police saw Ah-See driving a car and indicate left at the Nile Street and Dalton Street intersection before turning right and pulling into a Dalton Street driveway.
Police then saw him get out of the car and walk up the driveway but when they called out to him he jumped a large gate leading to the backyard.
He ran off again after being told her was under arrest for other matters but was arrested in a nearby yard and a drug test at the police station was positive for methamphetamine.
