POLICE ROUNDS: Utility burnt out at Lone Pine Avenue after theft from home
A utility stolen from a house in Orange on Friday night was later found burnt out on Lone Pine Avenue.

Canobolas Local Area Command duty officer Chief Inspector Peter Atkins said the ute had been stolen from a house in Breen Street.
He said it was found on Saturday morning and police investigations into the theft are continuing.
In other police matters;
- An 18-year-old woman was left with a cut to her eye after she was assaulted by a 17-year-old girl. The 17-year-old has been charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm after police said she assaulted the 18-year-old woman. She will face Orange Local Court on August 31.
- A 41-year-old man was charged for driving with a mid-range blood alcohol level on Saturday. Police stopped the man while he was driving on Peisley Street. After failing a roadside breath test and later returned a reading of 0.09. Chief Inspector Atkins said the man’s licence had been suspended and he was due to appear in court on September 11.
- A 15-year-old boy was charged for breaching an apprehended violence order and intimidation on Sunday. Police officers say the boy threatened a 52-year-old man in a domestic violence related incident.
- Police are investigating a break and enter on Spring Street between 6pm on August 1 and 9pm on August 19. Entry was gained through a rear window with thieves taking jewellery and cash.
- A mailbox on The Escort Way was damaged between 10.30pm and 11pm on Saturday.
