Matthew Hutchison, Thomas Elkins and Norton Ellis of Akehurst Bakery scored six first place trophies, four second places and three third places in the 2017 Wollongong Baking Show.
The Baking Association of Australia event was contested by an aroma of NSW bakers.
Mr Hutchison said he worked at the Roberts bakery in Orange for 20 years before buying Akehurst a year ago.
They still supply 30 businesses in Orange.

“It all comes down to your training and knowledge of the product,” he said.
“It’s just basically our normal bread.
“The sourdough, we’ve only just starting doing it but it came first and second.”
Mr Hutchison said he preferred baking bread to cakes and pastries.
“I’m a bread person,” Mr Hutchison said.
