Mrs Fogarty said the move was about improving the work-life balance and providing a better lifestyle for her two children while managing several Sydney properties.

As a mobile real estate agent, Mrs Fogarty said her clients benefited thanks to her lower business overheads.

“There’s only one point of contact, and I try to treat clients how I would like to be treated,” she said.

As of Father’s Day on Sunday, September 3, Lolli Redini will open for Sunday brunch and lunch.

Diners will also be able to reserve a table for dinner on Mondays.

It’s the first time the restaurant, a winner of 15 Sydney Morning Herald Chef Hats since 2001, has been open regularly seven days a week.

Instead of working in a car at Cook Park or working from home, three businesswomen have started CoWork Orange.

Hayley Barrett from The Impetus Initiative, Joanne McRae from Mayten Consulting and Shah Alford from sala4D are behind the idea of a collaborative working space.

“There are various people who work from home after leaving Sydney and have started their own business or are working remotely,” Ms Barrett said.

Ms Barrett said CoWork was about creating a dynamic environment for small businesses where they could share ideas.

Ms McRae said the space was warm, had Wifi and brought businesses together, “when you start a business it’s just you and it’s isolating”.

“It brings people and businesses back into the town centre in an affordable way,” Ms Alford said.

CoWork Orange, in Sale Street, will open on August 24.

Orange’s Nick Garton has taken on the job of general manager at Percy’s Bar and Kitchen.

Mr Garton brings plenty of wine knowledge and is pretty handy at mixing up cocktails.
