LAST week regular Central Western Daily columnist Denis Gregory wrote a piece about the parking skills – or lack thereof – exhibited by some Orange motorists.
It’s hard to say whether he would be impressed by this effort or not.
On Saturday a reader was making his way down Byng Street when he spied a Holden ute and a Jaguar parked in very close proximity: the gap between the two vehicles was less than an inch.
The reader didn’t know who parked first and so there’s no way of knowing which vehicle’s driver gets the credit … or should that be blame?
Is there such a thing as parking too close to another car without touching it?
The closeness of the park reminded another reader of one of the better nose-in parking efforts he had ever seen.
