If Wanderers can trump Bathurst St Pat’s, there’s every chance that would cost the Saints the minor premiership.
Although the Orange side hasn’t taken to the turf in anger in a fortnight, there’s every reason to suggest Wanderers could pull the upset off.
Last time around, in round seven in late June, Wanderers pushed the Saints all the way, ultimately going down 3-2.
It was a game coach Mark Pengilly thinks his side should have won though, but he was left lamenting missed chances.
With a speedy, youthful side, if Wanderers can finish those chances on Saturday, they’ll go a long way to taking Pat’s down.
