Each week centralwesterndaily.com.au features two pieces of Orange property-related multimedia content: Open for Inspection, a map and list of the coming weekend’s open houses; and House of the Week, a photo gallery and story about a featured home on the market.
Last week these two articles were clicked on an incredible 5000 times.
Central Western Daily editor Tracey Prisk said Open for Inspection had been so well received for a reason.
“The Open for Inspection list and map are arranged according to price and location, which is what buyers want,” she explained.
“It takes a lot of effort to build the map and create the links each week, but the readers have shown it’s what they want.”
Last week’s House of the Week was, once upon a time, the general store in Euchareena.
Ms Prisk said unique properties like that were always in demand, both with buyers and curious readers.
“There’s plenty of people who aren’t in the property market who still love a sticky beak at homes, especially something a bit different or special,” she said.
“But the main purpose of the House of the Week story and gallery is to highlight to buyers the properties that are for sale and the content has been doing that very well.”
The real estate agents which have properties that feature in both of these weekly articles are: Ray White, Century 21, Chris Gryllis Real Estate, McCormack Barber Real Estate, One Agency, Raine & Horne, Benchmark Commercial, Bowyer Livermore and Townsend Real Estate.
