Kegan Horton, 28, of Kurim Avenue, was fined $1000 for affray, $600 for offensive behaviour in public, $1000 for resisting police and $1000 for assaulting a police officer.
Police facts state that Horton and another man got into a physical fight and grappled on the footpath at about 8pm on June 6.
Police made several attempts to separate them and went to leave when the fight appeared to be over, but it resumed and Horton was punched in the nose and started bleeding profusely.
Police wrestled with the pair to break up the fight again and Horton kicked one of the officers in the back before being restrained, handcuffed and arrested.
