A MAN who has not had a driver’s licence for the past five years and who has not registered his car since July 10, 2010, was sentenced on driving charges in Orange Local Court on Monday.

Police caught David Wayne Hodge, 53, driving the unregistered Ford ute south on Ophir Road near the Northern Distributor Road at 2.50pm on June 7.

On Monday, Hodge was fined $300 and disqualified from driving for three years for driving without being licensed and he was fined $300 for driving an unregistered vehicle.
