Red Shield Appeal door knock organisers are looking for more volunteers for the fundraising drive for The Salvation Army.
James Sheahan Catholic High School student Mary Munro participated for the first time with her friends last year and found the experience she decided to take part again.
“My friends and I decided it’s a worthwhile way to give back to the community,” Mary said.
“You may not think the money raise helps much but it changes lives.
“You could be helping a homeless person off the streets.”
Volunteers can sign up until 3pm on Sunday.
