Orange will commemorate the end of the Boer War in South Africa 115 years ago at a service in Robertson Park on Sunday morning.

It will start at 10am with a morning tea to be provided in the adjacent CWA rooms following the service.
Of the 1000 Australian deaths during the Boer War [1899-1902], four were from Orange.
Two other soldiers with ties to the district were court martialled and shot for executing prisoners of war.
Next Wednesday the dedication of the National Boer War Memorial will take place in Canberra on Memorial Avenue starting at 10.30am.
