The highlight to the “Country Classic” polo circuit, the picturesque, famous polo field at Millamolong will feature 12 teams with some of Australia’s greatest players.
The weekend promises to be a weekend of fierce competition and great polo with prizes for the best team, players and horses.
Club President Andrew Ashton said the public had the opportunity to watch polo players battle it out.
“We are looking forward to hosting the polo event and welcome everyone to come and enjoy an entertaining day out,” Mr Ashton said.
Through the initiation of the late James Ashton, Millamolong Polo Club has strongly supported the Riding for Disabled every year and continues this tradition every year.
“Entry is by gold coin donation to the RDA,” says Ashton.
The Millamolong Polo Club is partnered by Australian Native Landscapes and Ramsay Health’s Dudley Private Hospital (Orange).
“We are very grateful for the continuing support from Dudley Private Hospital in Orange and welcome ANL as a new partner to the team,” said Ashton.
The ground is open to the public all weekend and the club has advised that the ground is strictly a no BYO premises for alcohol.
