James Sheahan Catholic High School students Jack Daintith and Yolanda Wu will sing to thousands of people when they gather at Robertson Park to commemorate Anzac Day services on Tuesday.

The year 12 students will be up before dawn to sing in tribute for the Anzac Day dawn service at 5.20am and again at the main service at 11am.
The school is leading the musical performances this year along with the Orange High School band.
“I think it’s a great way of remembering the soldiers who fought for us and having the opportunity to perform in front of the Orange community,” Jack said.
The Anzac Day performances will be a repeat for both students with Jack having sung at Remembrance Day last year and both singers taking part in the remembrance ceremony for the Battle of Fromelles in July.
“It’s such an honour to be involved in this, it’s such and integral part of Australian history and culture,” Yolanda said.
“I’m singing the New Zealand anthem because I lived there so it’s appropriate, Jack is singing I Still Call Australia Home.”
