A man has been fined $1600 in Orange Local Court despite not appearing on Tuesday.

Shane Risby, 20, of Garema Road and Gilroy Place was sentenced for affray.
About 9pm on April 8, police were called to Garema Road and found a group at the intersection of Maxwell Avenue and Garema Road who pointed out Risby, who was screaming at them from further up the road.
When police approached him he continued to act aggressively so he was arrested.
