Official Anzac Day commemorations take precedence over shopping and trading again this year.

However, once the march down Summer Street and main service in Robertson Park are completed around lunchtime pubs, shops and supermarkets will open around town.

Orange Liquor Accord president Bill Kelly said traditionally hotels opened after the march with many around town offering Anzac Day lunches.

Mr Kelly said this year four hotels in Orange would offer the traditional Anzac Day game of two-up.

“They are the Gladstone, the Royal, the Great Western and the Ophir Tavern,” he said.

They games usually take place from 2pm-6pm.

The Orange Ex-Services Club will also have two-up games from 3pm.

Most shops and supermarkets around Orange, including the North Orange shopping centre, will open for business at 1pm.

The Orange City Centre car park will be open from 9am-5pm.
