FOOD Week is just around the corner.
Association president James Sweetapple said preparations for the event were well underway.
“Things are pretty well finalised,” Mr Sweetapple said.
“Some events have sold out, some are still going.”
Popular events include the Forage event and the 100 mile dinner.
Mr Sweetapple said organisers planned to focus on compostability during the event.
“We’re looking at being as sustainable as we can,” he said.
“We’re providing all participants with a stainless steel souvenir cup.
“We’re taking plastic out of the system.”
Orange FOOD Week will run from Friday, March 31 to Sunday, April 9.
