CANBERRA’S 2017 Australian of the Year Alan Tongue is set to speak out against domestic violence at the Rotary District Conference. The Canberra Raiders star has designed a domestic and family violence program, which has been delivered to football clubs and high schools throughout regional New South Wales schools and in the ACT. Alan will speak at Orange Civic Theatre from 1.50pm on Saturday. Entry to Alan Tongue’s talk is free. The conference will run from Friday to Sunday. Details: rotary9700.org
