In the 4km moderate course Freya Wilson and Bryte Hagan won in just over 54 minutes from Sean Smith with first-season orienteer Ben Iffland third.
Aspiring Australian team member and central west visitor Toby Wilson flew around the 5.2km hard course in a blistering 33.41. With 56 participants in total including members and visitors from Orange, Bathurst, Blue Mountains, Cowra and Sydney, it was an excellent start to the Bush Series. Next up is Rocky Falls near Mullion Creek on Sunday, April 2.
