Jameel Qureshi may not be the biggest fan of Twenty20 cricket, but come Sunday afternoon he is determined to see the Bathurst side he skippers shine in that format.

Bathurst will meet Orange at Wade Park to do battle for the Mitchell Cricket Council T20 Cup.
If Qureshi’s men are to win, it would ice what has been an impressive representative campaign this summer.
“It would be nice to keep the momentum going and win this one,” Qureshi said.
“If we do all the simple things right and play to our potential, we’ll be hard to beat.
“I’m not a massive Twenty20 fan to be honest, but I’ve played a fair bit of it lately and I’ve learned a fair bit about it, which will help.
“I think you’ve got to keep it simple.
“I think you have just got to concentrate on getting the basics right, if you do that the fours and sixes will come naturally.
“It’s about bowling in the right spots, taking catches and fielding well.”
While Qureshi will not have the likes of Western Zone representatives Ryan Peacock and Matt Stephen at his disposal, it gives young talents Connor Slattery and Nic Broes a chance to impress.
Qureshi also feels that Wade Park will suit his side.
“It’s a great pitch to play on. If you don’t score runs there you feel like you’ve missed out, but at the same time it offers something for the bowlers,” he said.
Sunday’s fixture, essentially a final, is set to start at 1pm.
