MAYFIELD Gardens celebrated their inaugural White Party with 250 guests on Saturday, February 25. Bus transfers from Bathurst and Oberon made it a smooth ride to Mayfield’s breathtaking setting.

Roaming entertainment by local circus team, Cirkus Surreal allured the guests into exploring the Water Garden on arrival, whilst enjoying a Mayfield punch, all with fresh produce from the garden.
As guests discovered areas nestled in the garden, they soon made their way to the Allee of London Plane trees where the long, elegant communal tables awaited them, coupled with the obelisk and pond as a stunning backdrop. The flower arrangements picked from Mayfield’s garden, styled by Ivory Rose Botanicals.
Guests were in hysterics as Pete Harrison, from Bangers and Mash on 2BS, hosted the event, welcoming them and performing alongside the musical talent of, The Orient Royal Mail Band who played into the night.
Centre director Heath Smith and head chef Dan Child kept the guests full by delivering an exquisite paddock and garden to plate menu; Wood fired lamb, Tuscan spiced chicken, roasted vegetables, vegan salad and so much more, all prepared on site.
Mayfield is in a huge transformation phase, set to become the artistic and entertainment hub of the Central West. The highly-anticipated announcement at The White Party, that Mayfield are beginning to make peoples dreams come true with the picture-perfect settings for Weddings now becoming accessible in 2017.
Mayfield are creating tailored events in the unique location that never have been available to the community before. Similarly, corporate events, retreats and workshops will be offered at Mayfield.
