With 1200 riders parts of the road network will be closed and then re-opened as riders complete the race.
Bicycle Network spokeswoman Anthea Hargreaves said they wanted ensure minimal traffic disruption.
“Bicycle Network is working with local councils, Roads and Maritime Services and the NSW Police Force to implement road closures and traffic changes to ensure safety for locals and event participants,” Ms Hargreaves said.
Drivers are asked to give cyclists one metre of space when passing and to obey instructions from traffic controllers.
Roads closed include Sale Street, Moulder Street and Cargo Road, the full list of road closures is available at www.centralwesterndaily.com.au.
