Kerry Taberner will shave her head for the cause at the Orange City Centre at 11am on March 18 and is seeking as much financial support as she can get for the cause.
“I know I don’t have a lot of hair but that’s not the point,” she said.
Mrs Taberner said she was inspired to shave her head because several people she knows have been diagnosed with varying forms of cancer.
“At Christmas my little [21-month-old] cousin in Queensland was diagnosed with T-cell lymphoma, which is blood cancer, what World’s Greatest Shave is all about,” she said.
