“The cafe has been booked out for our special dinner for Valentine’s Day, lovers of all ages will be enjoying fine dining,” barista Nicholas Nightingale said.
“It’s to broaden what we do and expose our savoury side of our menu. We don’t just do great tasting sweet dishes,” he said.
“We do all sorts of things with Belgian chocolate, we’re known for our cake orders and we’ve done degustations with six courses. This is a new idea to show off what we can do.”
There’s no doubt about dessert though: Mr Nightingale said it would be “filled with chocolate”.
