A MAN accused of being a backseat passenger in a car involved in a drive-by shooting in 2015 will have his case heard in Orange Local Court in December 19.

Thomas John Davis has been charged with being an accessory after the fact to the shooting and for concealing a serious indictable offence of another person.

Three other co-offenders have already been sentenced including Mitchell Barnes, 21, who received 28 months jail non-parole in Orange District Court last Friday for firing a .22 calibre rifle at a house in Heatherbrae Parade on April 10, 2015.

The driver, Aaron Sheehan, 22, was sentenced to nine months suspended jail while a second backseat passenger received a good behaviour bond.
